Austin Roberts Bird Sanctuary

Last week I was was scheduled to attend a meeting at the well known Blue Crane Restaurant in Pretoria, situated alongside the main dam at the Austin Roberts Bird Sanctuary.
Although it was a meeting relating to business, as always my trusty Nikon accompanied me.
A nominal detour to the bird hide presented me with a view of this magnificent Small White Heron (Klein Wit Reier) with sun perfectly placed for these images.
I still made it to the meeting on time :)
