Jewish Accommodation for Fellow Aged "JAFFA" celebrated its 25th Birthday last week in a gala function held at the home. Highlights of the evening were performances by Cyril Green and Nik Rabinowitz. A great time being had by all as is evidenced in the images.
JAFFA is one of the greatest homes of its kind that I personally have come across. The dedication of its management and staff is unequalled in other home and care facility that I personally have encountered. What, however jumps out at you is the total commitment and dedication of JAFFA's core of volunteers who unselfishly give of their time and resources to ensure that JAFFA remains the centre of excellence that it is.
Happy birthday JAFFA :)

I have been photographing progress on the Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre since foundation level. This is a series from the latest site visits which represent a structure that will hopefully prevent future generations and perhaps event current generations from making the same errors that were made in the past

A photographers delight to shoot my cousin Raylene and her lovely family. Josh is turning three in a few weeks time and this was his pre- Upshirin (hair cutting) shoot before his long beautiful hair is cut according to the Jewish tradition
This shoot is dedicated to to my cousin Howard obm to whom I made a promise to do this shoot
